Our Process

Review Art

If you have artwork you want printed, we will evaluate it and make necessary tweaks to ensure high quality.

Sampling & Approval

We send a mockup of the artwork for your review and feedback before proceeding. We also provide a sample of each item.

Color Separation

We break down each color onto its own film in preparation for screen exposure.

Screen Exposure

We create a screen stencil by exposing the film to high-intensity light. After washing and drying the screen, we apply block-out and tape off edges to prevent ink leakage.

Ink Mixing

While prepping the film and screens, we mix ink for the printing press. We only use the highest quality ink.

Production Prints

After reviewing the art, separating the colors, exposing the screens and mixing the ink we begin printing.

Quality Control

We give each project individual attention and determine the necessary technical factors for a proper final print.
